Why can't I connect to the Internet using the Liberty Mobile Hotspot?

If you’re having trouble connecting to the Roam Mobility network using your Liberty hotspot, try these troubleshooting tips:

  • First, check that your device is Wi-Fi–enabled and connected to the Liberty hotspot network.
  • Next, make sure the network name and password are correctly entered. These details can be found on the SIM card.
  • Finally, check that your data plan is active by signing in to your account.
