All orders are shipped by Canada Post. We deliver anywhere within Canada or the US.

Please note that the customer will be responsible for any duties or customs charges for US orders.

We offer 3 levels of service for shipping. We use Canada Post for all shipping methods.

Free/Expedited:

Expedited shipping comes with a tracking number and available to customers anywhere in Canada. As your order leaves the warehouse you’ll receive a tracking number to follow your package online. Your product will arrive in protective packaging, normally within 3 to 8 business days. Please refer to the table below for more specific estimates.

Xpresspost:

Xpresspost shipping normally takes 2 to 5 days and also comes with a tracking number, so you can trace your package online.

Priority Courier:

Priority Courier is the fastest way to get your product, which normally arrives at your door within 1 to 2 days. Priority Courier pricing is based on your location and is calculated in the shopping cart when you enter your postal code. 

Estimates are based on business days only (Mon – Fri). We currently do not ship on weekends.

When will my order be shipped?

Once your order is placed, our warehouse will process your shipment on either the same day or the next day. After that, your package is picked up by Canada Post and will start making its way to your doorstep. The pick-up will trigger an email with the tracking number that will arrive in your inbox.
