All orders are shipped by Canada Post. We deliver anywhere within Canada or abroad. We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.
Please note that the customer will be responsible for any duties or customs charges for international orders.
We offer 3 levels of service for shipping. We use Canada Post for all shipping methods.
Standard Shipping:
Standard shipping comes with a tracking number and is absolutely free to customers anywhere in Canada. As your order leaves the warehouse you’ll receive a tracking number to follow your package online. Your order ships for free regardless of the size. Your product will arrive in protective packaging, normally within 2 to 5 business days.
Express Shipping:
Express shipping normally takes 2 to3 days and also comes with a tracking number, so you can trace your package online.
Courier Delivery:
Courier delivery is the fastest way to get your product, which normally arrives at your door within 2 days. You’ll be issued a tracking number as soon as the package is dispatched so you can follow its progress online. Courier delivery pricing is based on your location and is calculated in the shopping cart when you enter your postal code.
