When you get your Breeze phone or Roam SIM, go online to activate. Your number will be displayed in your online account information under My Devices. You'll then have online account access to purchase a plan for your travels, and to view your account information. 

When you arrive in the US, just turn on your phone (Breeze Phone or your unlocked GSM phone if you’re using a Roam SIM Card) and you'll automatically be connected to the 4G network. We'll instantly send a text to your phone to remind you of your US number. 

If for some reason you don't receive a text message with your US number when you first power up your phone in the US, please text message the word 'start' to *7850. This manually connects you to the Roam Mobility network. You'll receive your US number and be able to make and receive calls and text messages immediately.

Your number is yours to keep for your next trip! As long as you buy a plan once per year (you don't even have to travel), your dedicated US phone number will remain active. You can even lend your phone to friends or family who need a travel phone when in the US.
