
Here's the scenerio, you're in the States using your Roam Mobility products when you realize you are running low on data, or you need to add more days to your plan. No matter what you need - be it talk, text or data - simply top-up or purchase a new plan using one of these 3 easy methods:
Online -
Sign in to your account and choose the plan that's right for you. This option allows you to plan ahead for your trip.
Text Message -
Send a quick text message to 7850. You'll be guided by prompts to choose your plan. A confirmation text will be sent to you with your new expiry date and your data limit. This quick and easy top-up method is ideal if you're on the go.
Customer Care -
Using your Breeze phone or any other device with an activated Roam Mobility SIM card in it, call our Customer Care line by dialing 611. One of our customer service representatives will help you choose the right plan and set you up so that your plan starts right away. From any other phone, you can reach us at 1.888.762.6487.
All of these top-up options are free for Roam customers. Also, if your plan expires, you can still reach us on your Roam SIM activated phone by dialing 611, even when a plan is not active. Consult the FAQ for further instruction.
