
Starting last week, Roam Mobility announced not only free shipping included with all device purchases, but also new shipping options. These options are expedited, express post and priority courier.
Canada Post
Before we dive into the details about our new shipping options, we thought it was pertinent to mention that Canada Post now handles all of our shipping deliveries. We have pick-ups every day from our Vancouver office, meaning that your orders are shipped within one business day of being placed. Later this year, we will be adding a shipping facility in the Toronto area, which means that delivery times to our customers in Ontario and further east will significantly reduced.
Expedited Shipping
Expedited shipping is our free shipping service. Typically, expedited shipments take between 2-5 business days depending on where you live. If you live in the Vancouver area, you can expect to receive your order in 2 business days. Calgary and Edmonton - 2 business days. Winnipeg - 3 business days. Toronto and Ottawa - 4 business days.
Express Post
Express Post means that your order will arrive within 2 business days if you live in a major metropolitan area, or 3-4 days if you live in a rural area. It really depends on where you live and how quickly Canada Post can get to you, but Express Post is sufficient for most rush orders. At checkout, enter your postal code into our shipping estimator tool to see how long it will take to ready your address and how much it will cost.
Priority Courier
If you're really in a rush, choose Priority Courier. This translates into next-day delivery for more Canadians, with orders taking only 1 business day to reach most cities. Unfortunately we can't reach everywhere in Canada the next day, so make sure you use the shipping estimator tool to see the estimated delivery date for your address.
Tracking
All shipments now include a tracking number, so you can follow your order leaving the Roam Mobility office and making its way to your doorstep. Once the order ships, an email notification will be sent to you including your tracking number.
Delivery to the US
We can also deliver product to the US. Before you place an order, chat with our customer care team either by email (info@roammobility.com) or call toll-free 1-888-762-6487 and ask about your options for US delivery.
