We've had quite a number of people ask if we're compatible with Blackberry® devices. Short answer: Yes. We have two different options for utilizing your device while travelling to the US, depending on how you use your phone.

Option 1 - Liberty Mobile Hotspot

If you purchase one of our hotspots, you can connect to your Blackberry® device over Wi-Fi (along with up to 4 other devices) . This will allow you to access all data-based services (email, BBM, internet browser, etc). Please refer to this FAQ to help guide you through the process of setting up your Liberty Hotspot, as it will require registration with the Blackberry® server.

Option 2 - Roam Mobility SIM Card

If you have an unlocked Blackberry®, you can purchase the Roam SIM card for your phone. Talk+Text plans can be purchased for the number of days you wish to travel. You can consult the Top-Up blog post for our 3 different ways to purchase plans. Unfortunately, you will not be able to use your existing Blackberry® data services with the Roam SIM card. We are working to have these services available as soon as possible and will update our blog, site, and social media avenues as soon as this is updated.
