Our activation process is steamlined so that you can start roaming without hassle as efficiently and easily as possible. Once you've recieved your SIM card, you can get started by heading over to the Activate page:

Step 1: Enter the 19-digit code on the back of your SIM and click Activate. The site will have the number you need bolded, to make it easier to find.

Step 2: You will then be prompted to either create your new user account or sign into your existing Roam Mobility account.

Step 3: Upon signing in, your SIM card will be registered. You can now view your SIM card and rename it. Re-naming your SIM card is useful if you are managing multiple SIM card from your account (ie. family or business team travel).

Step 4: Click Top Up to purchase your new plan.
